ENTRY PERIOD: The Win a Million Miles Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") begins at 12:00:01 am Central Time ("CT") on November 9, 2009 and ends at 11:59:01 pm CT on December 20, 2009 ("Sweepstakes Entry Period"). Sweepstakes is sponsored by FTD.com, Inc., 3113 Woodcreek Drive, Downers Grove, IL 60515.

SWEEPSTAKES ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes participation is open only to legal U.S. residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia excluding New York ("U.S.") who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of FTD.com, Inc. ("Sponsor"), United Airlines, David C. Tintle & Associates, Inc. and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, any other prize sponsor, and any entity involved in the development, production, implementation, administration or fulfillment of the Sweepstakes (all of the foregoing, together with Sponsor, collectively referred to as "Sweepstakes Entities"), and the immediate family members (spouse, and parents, siblings and children, regardless of where they live) and persons living in the same household as such individuals, whether related or not, are not eligible to participate or win. Void in New York and where prohibited or restricted by law. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.

HOW TO ENTER: To enter the Sweepstakes, visit www.ftd.com. during the Sweepstakes Entry Period and sign-up for FTD Reminders. To qualify for one sweepstakes entry, participants registering for FTD Reminders for the first time must provide three "reminder" dates, and existing FTD Reminders registered customers must add three new "reminder" dates to their account. Follow the online instructions to complete the official Win a Million Miles Sweepstakes Entry Form, including your full name, complete address, daytime telephone number, valid e-mail address and date of birth, and submit as instructed. All online entries must be received by 11:59:01 pm CT on December 20, 2009 to be eligible to win. Limit one entry per person and per e-mail address. Sponsor's computer is the official time keeping device for this Sweepstakes. Any attempt to submit more than the maximum number of entries using multiple/different email addresses, identities or any other methods may void that participant's entry. If there is a dispute about whom the email address or entry belongs to, the authorized subscriber of the e-mail account used to enter the Sweepstakes at the actual time of entry will be deemed to be the participant and must comply with these rules. Authorized account subscriber is deemed to be the natural person who is assigned an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses or the domain name associated with the submitted e-mail address. No automatic, programmed, robotic or similar means of entry are permitted, and individuals engaging in such practices will be disqualified. The use of automated or third-party software to enter is prohibited. No groups, clubs or organizations may reproduce or distribute any portion of these Official Rules to its members. All entry information becomes the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

No responsibility is assumed by Sponsor for lost, late, misdirected, or illegible entries or for any human, computer, online, telephone, or technical malfunctions that may occur, or for any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Sweepstakes.

PRIZE: Each of five Grand Prize winners will receive 1, 000, 000 United Mileage Plus® Redeemable Miles from United Airlines in the form of a frequent flyer miles award. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of each Grand Prize is US $20, 000. ARV of all five Grand Prizes is US $100, 000. No transfer, substitution or cash equivalent of prize is permitted except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if an advertised prize is unavailable. All federal, state and other taxes on prize are the sole responsibility of each winner. Each winner will receive an IRS Miscellaneous Tax Form 1099 reflecting the retail value of the entire prize. See Prize Restrictions/Conditions below. Odds of winning a prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received. LIMIT ONE PRIZE PER PERSON OR HOUSEHOLD.

PRIZE CONDITIONS/RESTRICTIONS: Mileage award is subject to the rules of the United Mileage Plus® program; 18 months of no activity will cause miles to expire. Each selected Grand Prize Winner must be a United Mileage Plus® member or join United Mileage Plus® by December 31, 2009 or prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected and awarded the prize. Sponsor, its subsidiaries, affiliates and agents are not responsible for any products and services of other participating companies and partners. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for canceled, delayed, suspended or rescheduled airline flights. Reporting and payment of all applicable taxes, fees, and/or surcharges, if any, arising out of, or resulting from, acceptance or use of award travel, are the sole responsibility of each Grand Prize winner. Sponsor expressly disclaims any responsibility or liability for injury or loss to any person or property relating to the delivery and/or subsequent use of the prize awarded.

RANDOM DRAWING: Five Grand Prize winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about December 21, 2009 from among all eligible entries received. Drawing will be conducted by David C. Tintle & Associates, Inc., an independent judging organization, whose decisions will be final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.

PRIZE NOTIFICATION/WINNER VERIFICATION: Each selected Grand Prize winner will be notified by email, at the email address provided at the time of entry. Each selected winner will be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability Release and, except where prohibited by law, a publicity release within seven days of the email date on the prize notification. A selected winner will forfeit the prize and an alternate winner will be selected from all remaining eligible entries received if (i) such selected winner fails to return required documents in a timely manner, (ii) any prize/prize notification is returned as undeliverable, (iii) the Sweepstakes Entities are unable to contact the selected winner, (iv) the selected winner is otherwise found to be ineligible, or (v) the selected winner cannot accept or receive the prize for any reason. If any Grand Prize winner is a minor, prize will be awarded to the winner's parent or legal guardian. If applicable, allow 6-8 weeks for delivery of prize following completion of the notification process. Prize will only be delivered to addresses within the United States.

By accepting the prize, each Grand Prize winner consents to the use of his/her name, photograph, voice, quotes and/or likeness for advertising/publicity purposes in commerce and in any and all media worldwide without limitation or additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. Each winner's first initial, last name, city and state will be disclosed on a Winners List which will be distributed upon request and as required by law.

Each Grand Prize winner, by entering and accepting a prize, acknowledges compliance with and agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and agrees to release and hold Sponsor, United Airlines, David C. Tintle & Associates, Inc. and each of their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, media partners, and advertising, promotion, and other coordinating agencies involved in this Sweepstakes, and each of their respective officers, directors, and employees ("Promotional Parties") harmless from any and all liability whatsoever for any claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind sustained in connection with participation in this Sweepstakes or the use, acceptance, possession, awarding or participation of any prize-related activity or travel thereto. Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States, and all participants hereby submit to the jurisdiction and venue of courts in Chicago, Illinois for resolution of all claims and disputes.

PRIVACY & OPT OUT MECHANISM: By entering the Sweepstakes and by registering for FTD Reminders, participants will be sharing their personal information with Sponsor, and participants agree to Sponsor's use of participants' personal information as described in Sponsor's Privacy Policy located at http://www.ftd.com/custserv/security.epl. INTERNET: The use of any automated launching or entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that permits the participant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited. Any person who uses or attempts to use such means to enter the Sweepstakes will be disqualified from participation in the Sweepstakes and will be ineligible to receive a prize. If for any reason the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, due to reasons including but not limited to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, cancel or suspend the Sweepstakes. In such case, Sponsor shall determine the winners in accordance with these rules from among all valid, non-suspect entries received prior to the event which warranted such action. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. Promotional Parties are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or telephone lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any entry to be received by Sponsor on account of technical problems, human error or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Web site, or for failed, incomplete, garbled, jumbled or delayed computer transmissions which may limit one's ability to enter the Sweepstakes, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in this Sweepstakes or downloading any materials in this Sweepstakes.

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON(S) RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: IN NO EVENT WILL PROMOTIONAL PARTIES BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF ANY PARTICIPANT'S ACCESS TO AND USE OF INTERNET SITE WWW.FTD.COM OR THE DOWNLOADING FROM AND/OR PRINTING OF MATERIAL DOWNLOADED FROM SAID SITE. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, EVERYTHING ON SUCH SITE OR ANY PRIZE WON IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
